Our mandate is to relieve the property owner of the everyday details of dealing with their rental homes or rental multi-units. We will screen and place prospective tenants, collect rents, supervise and manage the repairs if needed, and manage all other issues that are involved with managing their residential property.

Mid-DEL Property Management offers three types of property management. Our clients may choose from one of the following:
1. Full Property Management
This option is our most popular and includes handling all facets of the property from start to finish all encompassed with no unforeseen costs – advertising on the internet, rental signage, receiving and implement all phone calls, schedule and perform all showings, tenant background searches - credit check and screenings, tenant placement, lease signing, move-ins, rent collection throughout the term of the lease, late rent notices, rental payment tracking and statements for the owners, year-end statements for taxes with all expenses itemized, management of repairs and service contracts, property inspections when requested or needed, 5-day court notices, all court filings, we will appear in court for you and supply all needed court documents, eviction process, all move out inspections, handle move in maintenance and repairs, Township Rental Inspection. Full Management allows the owner to have as much or as little involvement as they desire.
Pricing for Full Management is 10% of monthly rent, plus a placement fee is charged each time a new tenant is acquired.
2. Placement Only
Includes advertising, showing of the property, screening applicants, obtaining a tenant, and lease preparation and signing. The property is then turned over to the owner and Mid-Del Property Managements' responsibilities are finished.
Pricing for placement only is the equivalent of one month’s rent.
3. Landlord Assistance Services
These services are available to owners who already have a tenant or are placing their own tenant. We offer tenant eviction, lease and documentation preparation, applicant processing, credit checks, and income and/or housing verification. All these are priced on a case by case situation.

How it works:
In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email.
Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
